One of the most important things I have learned on my personal development journey is that life is not against us, but for us…
We are brought up/programmed to think differently. That we are a failure if we didn’t succeed in something and the feeling of being shamed by others is a huge fear for many, because we are also “brought up” with that..
But when we become more aware and see life in a slightly larger perspective, we find out that life is “just” a school where we have to learn from the things we experience…
That everything that disturbs and confuses us shows us patience…
That everyone who gives up or lets us down teaches us to stand on our own two feet…
That everything that angers us shows us forgiveness…
That everything that has power over us shows us how to take our power back…
That everything we hate shows us unconditional love…
That everything we fear shows us the courage to overcome our fears…
That everything we can’t control teaches us to let go…
If we live life with this approach that there are no mistakes, only something we can learn, it all feels a lot easier…
At least I thought so
